  • HOMES Clinic offers high-quality, comprehensive primary care and provides linkages to higher-level medical care and social safety net services as needed, to put all patients on a path toward success. At appointments, we are able to evaluate infections, follow-up on chronic illnesses, and even refill some medications. We also have donated care packages available for patients. While we are limited in some of our services, our volunteers are happy to help link you to resources for needs such as dental care, substance use, clothing, etc.

Besides our weekly Sunday clinic, we also frequently host health fairs, vaccination drives, donation giveaways, and other public health efforts throughout the year. Check out our calendar to take advantage of upcoming events!

  • Appointments are limited. Our volunteers will pass by your tables at The Beacon between 8:15am-8:45am on Sundays and ask if you have any health concerns.

  • About 1.5-2 hours - we take our time to thoroughly review your history, understand all your needs, and address them as comprehensively as possible. We are aware that you may have scheduled a shower or dropped off laundry at The Beacon - we accommodate all our patients, so you are able to go and check on these during the visit. We also proudly serve you lunch.

  • While HOMES cannot directly provide these resources to you since we are limited in our services, we are happy to help link you to resources for such needs.

If you are still struggling to find your answer here on our website, you may want to stop by The Beacon on Sundays between 8:30am-10am to speak with our Social Liaisons - these volunteers are trained to specifically help you with these questions!
